About this course
This track prepares volunteers to assist teachers and support learners in core school subjects. You will learn practical methods for explaining concepts, checking understanding, running doubt-clearing and revision sessions, and supporting children who are falling behind.
How the course runs
Classes are held live on Google Meet. Each module includes a micro-teaching task. The course ends with a teaching demonstration in a subject of your choice.

Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline (final-year students may apply)
- Good command over at least one school subject
- A laptop or smartphone with a stable internet connection for Google Meet

- Minimum attendance required: 75% of sessions held.
- On successful completion: Certificate of Completion — Subject Assistance Teacher Training and a marksheet, after review and approval.
Confirms completion of the Appsgain Technologies volunteer teacher training programme in Subject Assistance Teacher Training, including the required attendance and assessments. This is a programme completion certificate; it is not a government licence, B.Ed./D.El.Ed. equivalent, academic degree or guarantee of employment.
