These terms apply to everyone who applies for, pays for or takes part in the live online certificate courses and teacher training offered by Appsgain Technologies Private Limited through this portal. By submitting an application you confirm that you have read and accept these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
1. The programme
- The programme consists of live online training sessions conducted on Google Meet, practice tasks and assessments for the course you select.
- Course content, schedules, faculty and duration are published on each course page and may be updated. Material changes are communicated to enrolled applicants.
- The certificate issued on successful completion confirms completion of the course only. It is not a government licence, academic degree, teaching qualification recognised by any regulator, or a guarantee of employment or placement, unless a verified credential is expressly published on this website by Appsgain Technologies Private Limited.
2. Applications
- You must provide true, complete and current information. Applications with false or misleading information may be rejected or cancelled, and any certificate issued may be revoked.
- Submitting an application or paying the fee does not guarantee admission. Appsgain Technologies Private Limited may approve, reject or request corrections to an application.
- Keep your application number confidential. Anyone with your application number and registered contact details can view your application status.
3. Fees and payment
- The total programme fee is ₹49,999 unless a different fee is shown for your course at the time of application.
- Pay only through the payment page on this website or through offline methods expressly confirmed by Appsgain Technologies Private Limited.
- An application is treated as paid only after the payment is verified. Refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
4. Classes and conduct
- Joining links for classes are personal to you. Do not share them, and do not record, copy or redistribute sessions or training materials without written permission.
- Join with your registered name so that attendance can be recorded. Behave respectfully towards trainers and fellow participants; disruptive or abusive behaviour may lead to removal from the programme without refund.
- For yoga and fitness courses, practise within your limits and follow safety instructions. Consult a doctor before starting if you have any medical condition.
5. Attendance, assessment and certificates
- Each course publishes its minimum attendance requirement, assessment components and passing criteria.
- Certificates and marksheets are issued only after completion is confirmed and issuance is approved by Appsgain Technologies Private Limited. Appsgain Technologies Private Limited may withhold or revoke a certificate obtained through malpractice or false information.
6. Intellectual property
All training materials, recordings and content provided during the programme remain the property of Appsgain Technologies Private Limited or the respective faculty and are licensed to you for personal learning only.
7. Limitation of liability
Appsgain Technologies Private Limited will make reasonable efforts to deliver the programme as described. To the extent permitted by law, Appsgain Technologies Private Limited is not liable for losses arising from internet or device issues on the participant's side, third-party service interruptions (including Google Meet or payment gateways), or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
